Set up is Friday October 2nd from 3PM to 5PM. The convention opens its doors at 5PM.
NOTE: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
To participate:
- You will be provided a 6 ft table to display your art. Please specify If you need more (or less) space, it may be provided based upon availability.
- Your art should be rated no higher than PG-13. No explicit material is allowed.
- All pieces entered must be original artwork. Fanart is allowed as long as it falls within fair use copyright.
- No AI generated material.
- Photography displays are allowed as long as the subject matter falls within fandom.
- You must be able to transport your art to and from SoUAnime within the allotted times for set up and take down.
